Second Semester

Moving on, my second semester which i am currently in now was not any easier because a bigger challenge and requirement was introduced, such as video producing, online quizzes and many others. It really stretched me and pushed me to reach greater heights. By this, i begin to trust myself even more that i am able to undertake anything as long as i try my best and not give up. The five subjests in my this semester that I'm taking are Macroeconimics, Introduction to Finance, Organization Behaviour, Business Communication and Management Information System. For me, I personally feel that Introduction to Finance is pretty tough, therefore i know I will have to put more effort in it and do more practises in order for me to do well for this subject. In addtion, both Business Communication and Organization Behaviour was a little less demanding and stressful as topics covered were more down to earth.  Throughout this semester that is about to end now, i believe that everything we learn now is a platform for me in the coming semesters ahead. Thus, greater effort and determination must be invested for me to do well moving forward.

First Semester

The five subjests in my first semester that I have accomplished are Microeconimics, Introduction to Acoounting, Introduction to Management, Quantitative Method and English for Business Purposes. It was such a nice adventure for me in particular to learn, gain as much information and knowledge from all the qualified lecture who thought me. With their quidance and support i begin to find joy and direction in where i am heading. Eventhough at times it was tough and challenging, i told myself that i can never give up and throw in the towel just yet for i know great success comes great sacrifice and hard work. Assignements, quizzes, class participation and all the other elements that sum up each module for my semester was indeed very beneficial to me as i learn to manage time better and be more discipline when it comes to studies knowing what other workloads are instore ahead of me. Besides heavy matters regarding this 5 modules, we had several workshops and activities too.

Orientation week

As the start of a new beginnig for all July intake students who enrolled for the Dual Degree Award Programme, an orrientation that lasted a week was organized by the Business department. It was basically to bring awareness to all students about Taylor's life and to create a great atmosphere that encourages communication and getting to know one another since everyone was new. The main thing that i would like to highlight throughout the whole oreientation week was this activity. , It was an activity that promotes teamwork, communication among one another and both mental and physical skills were put to the test in order to complete it. It was an awesome day.
